Join MemoriesMy favorite memory of Tim - it was 2005 and we had a guilty plea. While we were sitting there, one of the defendants who was in the jury box asked to go the bathroom. The deputies took him upstairs to go. The defendant (Vaughn Alexander) escaped. He took the deputy's gun, it fired, he hit the deputy, and he took off. We (Tim and I) could only h...
Madison OLeary I will miss you greatly. Thank you for being such an amazing uncle. Love Madison AKA Puma 💗
This page of memories is bittersweet. I love seeing Tim’s life through pictures but hate it’s under these circumstances. You’re greatly missed, O’Leary.

Sweet memories of the neighborhood kids, especially those O'Leary kids! You have to be tough to survive a Silverton childhood and Tim was that kid, always an ornery smile and that look that told you he and Pat were up to something! Thanks for the memories Tim, you will stay in our hearts forever.

Tim was the guy everyone always wanted to have at a party, to be able to hear his intelligent and and comical world view, tinged with irreverence when the situation called for it, like when we discussed politics. Tim possessed the most innate sense of curiosity and could make anyone he was talking to feel special because he was interested and bri...

Jenna Darnton OMG!!! This is me! 13 yo me in one of my FAVORITE memories I have of Timothy!!! Thank you so much for this picture!!!❤️ He and my brother were very good friends in high school so I saw him a lot growing up. He could make me laugh, loved practicing our lines together, and was always looking out for me like a brother. We saw each other last at my brothers wedding....and we got him drunk the night before at the ”bachelor” party!! 🎉 I will always remember our mutual love of drama! RIP dear Timothy......thank you for the wonderful memories! May all your family and friends find peace in the places you hold in our hearts......I cherish mine.❤️

Jenny Syed This is hands down my favorite photo with Tim. I had convinced him to let me give his favorite car a spin. He was very kind and tried patiently to explain how to get the car started. After a few minutes his nerves couldn’t take it anymore and he told me to get out of the driver’s seat. We both had a good laugh. I will miss Tim so much. But I am thankful I was privileged enough to be his friend. And I have so many wonderful memories of him that will continue to bring a smile to my face:)

I am thankful for the wonderful memories I had with you. I laugh when I think back to the teasing and laughter we had with your family. Thank you for being the big bother I never had. You will remain in our hearts forever.
Tim was my brother and my friend. Most people saw Tim differently than I did. Even at the end, I saw him as a little blonde kid who was always at my side. From that little kid, Tim grew into a successful man. As often happens with brothers, we grew apart as we grew older, each with our own lives. But it never failed, whenever we got together, we we...
I will miss your laugh and how you randomly signed spvg friends up for catastic texts!!

I remember the first time we went to dinner together, the restaurant was Farmhaus. While Collette and Rob were quietly enjoying their meals, Tim and I were fighting over who was going to get the last piece of pork belly. I think he offered to pay off my mortgage. I turned him down.

Jenny Syed Collette’s birthday brunch at Gamlin’s Whiskey’s House December 2019. Tim had the country fried steak with hash browns:)
Tim was an incredible person and will be greatly missed. I had the pleasure of working with him for many years at Sandberg Phoenix, and he touched so many lives. His humor, sarcasm and levity will be sorely missed. Tim was a bright attorney and such a fun person to be around. Sending prayers to his family. We will miss you, Tim!
I’ll never forget my 40th birthday in Las Vegas. Tim and Collette ,to get away from the gambling for awhile, asked me to go to a hookah bar with them. We sat and talked for a couple hours about our lives. It was the best part of the weekend! I’ll never forget Tim’s laugh, and his crazy knowledge of presidential history (which always came in handy a...
I met Tim in 1995 when I started working for Attorney Alvin Wolff, Jr. He was a law clerk and hilarious. We went to several concerts together. He loved life and learning the law. I will never ever forget the day he found out he passed the Missouri Bar Exam!!! He laid on the floor at the office and sighed for several minutes. I knew he would pas...
Thinking of you tim and the times at jakes
Dear Tim - It has been almost a half a century but it seems like only yesterday that you were born at St. Elizabeth's Hospital in Lincoln, Nebraska. You joined a very loving family consisting of your mother Janet, your older sister Maureen, your older brother Patrick and me. The years have gone sailing by with precious memories piled high. Sudd...

You will always be remembered as a Lawyer's, lawyer and a great mentor. You will be greatly missed by many. David
His smile, his laughter, his excitement on meeting new or old friends were special and will stay with me.
Tim used to come down to borrow from petty cash. He always ended by saying thanks , just take it out of Clayton's paycheck. We always got a good laugh out of that. I miss his smile.
Tim was a true professional with whom to work. His balance of compassion and dedication to the Firm was unique. I also remember how much he loved wings whenever we had a meeting at which they were served. That memory always brings a smile. He is sorely missed.
Janet O'Leary Memories of Tim? My mind is reeling with them! All the funny things he did as a child and young man, that sarcastic sense of humor of his (wonder where that came from?) , our mutual love of whodunits and history, the trips we took together, his love of cats (I know where that came from!) , and most of all his concern for my well-being. I’m thankful I was able to spend the last month of his life with him. Not at the place I would have liked to have been, but I’m nonetheless thankful. Having been there at both ends of his life was a gift. During that month, I had the opportunity to become acquainted with his friends. And in doing so they told me more about my precious son. I was always proud of him, but now I’m even more so. He was an amazing individual. And it won’t be just missed by his family but by a huge circle of friends and colleagues.
Marietta Divine I am so glad that I was able to participate in this special moment. I love how practical Tim was especially when it came to Valentines Day. I applaud how Tim lives his life without regrets, truly commendable. Well done Collette!!!
Marietta Divine I enjoyed being a part of this moment Tim was such a practical thinker especially when it came to Valentines Day, I really appreciated how much he enjoyed life, living it with no regrets!!!
Tim brought such a great joy to the office. He is greatly missed.
I will never forget how you taught me to eat soup properly! Your laugh and happiness was infectious. Miss you. RIP friend.
I am thankful that I got to meet, work with, and work for Tim. We struggled through some tough cases together. I was always thankful for the way Tim approached the case or whatever problem we were facing--with a good nature, a smile and the determination to do the best we could with whatever hand was dealt us. Nancy and I grieve with Collette and...
I feel very fortunate to have known and worked closely with Tim during our time supporting the paralegals at Sandberg Phoenix. Tim, Bob Crowe and myself were all thrown into a new role/team at the same time, and the three of us spent a lot of time working closely together. We had many "meetings" at Tigin Irish Pub to Tim could order his favor bre...
The CLM Annual will never be the same. Tim made it sing.
My heart aches and I am writing this in tears. Even hurts to write, since it is an acknowledgement of losing a dear friend to eternity. We lost one of our clan. I'm so glad I had a chance to know him. He will be remembered and so sorely missed. But his smiling face, his kind heart will be with me always. Here is to you Tim 🥃 See you later buddy!
Tim was a terrific person to work with on a case, not only because of his skillful insights that he brought as an attorney, but because of the uplifting and encouraging attitude that he instilled in others, his knack of finding fun in his work, and his strong moral compass. God Bless you Tim!
Mo O'Leary Thinking of you brother on the eve of your 51st birthday. A good fire and a hopeful win for your Broncos tomorrow 🧡💙 You we're so loved by so many... I'm so proud to call you my brother.
