22 Mar 1946 - 08 Nov 2016PALMER-Roy sadly passed away on November 8th 2016 aged 70 Years. A loving husband to Bet, wonderful dad to Mark, Roy, Sarah and Kym, a caring granddad and great granddad. Funeral Service to be held at Colchester Crematorium on Thursday 1st December at 11:00am. Family flowers only please. Donations if desired can be made payable to Guide Dogs UK.
