While I was only able to know Evelyne for the last couple of months, it was an honor to care for and be called a friend by her. I will think of her each time I drink a martini and am grateful for the moments I was able to share with her. I hope that her family will find comfort in knowing how much Evelyne loved you all.

I will always remember her arrival in Meeker (1950) in her convertible. She made a big splash with the natives and for some reason she set her cap for Bill. He was swept off his feet I believe. He had returned to Meeker after spending some months in California. I hope you and your family stays well. My best to you.
