Elaine May Binns (nee Parker) Elaine passed away peacefully on January 24, 2021 in Whakatane New Zealand; Bernie, her soulmate of 63 years, was at her side. She was an adored sister of Hazel Fisk and Rosalind Atkinson; mother of Helen, Kathryn and Patrick; a loving grandmother of five; and a great-grandmother of seven. The couple of times that I met Elaine I was so impressed with her calm and lovely spirit. She was such a wonderful hostess and cook.I will remember those times with love.
