Charles (Chuck) Eugene Oelsner, 82, passed away peacefully and surrounded by family at his home in Albuquerque, NM on September 17, 2021. He was born on July 27, 1939 in Covington, KY to parents Charles Paul Oelsner and Lois Juanita Henry. Throughout his life Chuck was a husband, father, teacher, and hobbyist who will be sorely missed.
