RIP Charlie, I enjoyed every conversation I ever had with you. I so appreciated your intelligent and educated point of view. You were so friendly and thoughtful. We will miss you.
Joanna Hickman and my loving husband

How proud you were of your family; working for the Army; Spiritual things; Physics and Chess; your prized cow Walnut; your cool white pickup truck; even the striking similarities between you and the Big Lebowski (Dude!)... But what I will miss most is your kind heart and your g...
Oh my. This is a shock, to know such a kind soul is no longer with us. I loved looking through the picture and remembering all the years I've known you! From early soccer days on, Charlie was always in there, loving life and his family, exuding kindness and warmth. I loved staying on the farm with you, knowing that only a pair like you could carry...
I only got to see Charlie twice a year. He was a lovely man, gentle, happy to see you again, and ready to join any fun.

Cousin Charlie.... he was my friend. As children, our families visited each other every year..one year Charlie, Aunt Pauline and Uncle Charles traveled to Texas, the next year, we traveled to Tennessee. I remember every time I would visit him, he always had several clocks he had taken apart; while watching him, he always had them back together ...
