Ruth Taylor I once heard that we die twice — first when we take our last breath and second when our name is spoken for the last time. I know Bob will always be with us because we will never run out of memories and stories to share! One of my favorites — I remember traveling to France with Bob and M'Lu a few years ago for a bike tour. Bob had just started using a new Garmin device and was struggling a bit to follow the map. To make matters even more challenging, he was totally distracted by the rolling countryside, the architecture, a couple hundred new best friends who joined us for the tour, M'Lu chatting away on the back of the tandem, beer, and who knows what else. Chris and I were riding in front and when we took a right turn Chris asked me to make sure Bob caught the turn. I said "how could they miss it — they're right behind us?!" Still I turned around just in time to see them fly right by the turn, both of them totally enthralled by some plants growing on a thatched roof or something equally exciting. We all laughed for hours!
