Anastacio Cacabelos

Anastacio was born on 15 August 1935 at Alcala, Pangasinan. He has four siblings namely, Lucrecia (Lily), Anastacio (Osting), Faustina (Tina), & Agapito (Pitong). Due to the untimely death of their mother and family hardships, they had to separate themselves at early age.
