    純子ちゃん于2016年5月22日发生了严重的车祸，受了重伤昏迷，不幸于四天后的凌晨永远离开了我们。在吉隆坡的孝恩馆停棺一晚后隔天早上10点举行追思会，下午两点出殡送往汝赖孝恩园火化场火化。善后灵骨安奉在nilai memorial park冷气骨灰殿
